Abstract:
Práce pojednává o patofyziologii nemoci, o jednotlivých stádiích a klinických projevech, o diagnostice a screeningových programech. Historie nemoci je popsána od prvních zmínek na evropském kontinentu z konce 15. století. Dále je zmíněna diagnostika, léčba a ošetřování nemocných s vrozenou syfilis v minulosti. Thesis discusses the pathophysiology of the disease, the individual stages and clinical manifestations, diagnosis and screening programs. There is a description of disease history since the first references on the European continent in the late 15th century.
