The process of preparing photographic data for the presentation of commercial goods

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci popisuji a analyzuji proces sloužící pro přípravu fotografií určených pro komerční účely v rámci propagace společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti digitální a analogové grafiky, nejčastější formy její distribuce a nároky na přípravu fotografických dat spojené s konkrétní distribucí. Dále je popsán a analyzován samotný model procesu přípravy fotografických dat, včetně popisu jednotlivých fází procesu a výhod rozdělení postupu do těchto fází. Praktická část je zaměřená na uplatnění modelu v praxi při řešení typových fotografických zakázek, jejímž výstupem jsou hotové a zpracované fotografie podle zadaných kritérií.

Abstract:

In this thesis I describe and analyze the process behind creating commercial photographs. The theoretical part overviews the basic terms of digital and analogue graphics, the most frequent forms of its distribution and the necessary requirements connected with creating it. Furthermore, the process model of preparing photographic data is analyzed, including the description of the different phases of the process and the benefits of dividing the process in phases. The practical part focuses on putting the model into practice and making sure all the criteria briefed by a client are respected in the final outcome.
