Quality of machined surface ensured by edge preparation of the insert
Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje detailní popis obrábění části tlakové pumpy do automobilu, teoretický rozbor vlivů na řezný proces, alternativní řezné materiály, návrh změn mikrogeometrie VBD, následné testování. Cílem práce je úprava VBD tak, aby nedocházelo k výrobě neshodných výrobků.
Abstract:
This thesis contains a detailed description of the machining of the part pressure pump, the theoretical analysis of the effects of the cutting process, cutting alternative materials, design changes microgeometry of the inserts, subsequent testing. The aim is to finish the insert so as to prevent the production of non-conforming products.
