Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsme se zabývali přípravou regionálního závodního programu sportovní gymnastiky žen. Cílem naší diplomové práce bylo vytvořit jednotný regionální závodní program ženských složek pro děvčata ve věku 6 – 11 let obsahující povinné sestavy či skoky na všech čtyřech nářadí a metodickou příručku k tomuto závodnímu programu pro trenéry mládeže v jednotlivých sportovních klubech. Diploma work is focused on creation of regional competition program for women artistic gymnastic.
