Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Diagnostika a návrh možností korekce svalových dysbalancí a nefyziologických hybných stereotypů u vybrané skupiny hráčů basketbalu". Hlavním úkolem této práce je diagnostika svalových dysbalancí a hybných stereotypů u vybraných skupin hráčů basketbalu a návrh možností jejich korekce či prevence. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá stručným seznámením s pojmy svalová dysbalance a hybný stereotyp. Dále je zde uvedena problematika hypermobility, fyziologie basketbalu a specifikace jednotlivých věkových skupin z hlediska ontogeneze. V druhé části jsou uvedeny zatěžované svalové partie a nejčastější zranění při basketbalu. Praktická část je zaměřena na metodiku samotného testování. Dále je zde obsažen intervenční pohybový program a v neposlední řadě jsou zde uvedeny metody získávání údajů a tabelárně a graficky zpracované výsledky ze vstupního a výstupního testování. Závěr praktické části je věnován komparaci výsledků vstupního a výstupního testování u skupin hráčů basketbalu. Závěr bakalářské práce shrnuje ověření kvality vybraných cviků a zvoleného kompenzačního cvičení. Dále uvádí srovnání vybraných skupin probandů a přizpůsobení vedení programu.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is " Diagnostics and a suggestion of correlation possibilities of muscular disbalances and incorrect motion stereotype with a selected group of basketball players.". The main aim of this bachelor thesis is diagnostics of muscular imbalances and mobile stereotypes of selected groups of basketball players and a development of a proposal for corrections and prevention of these imbalances and stereotypes. The theoretical section of the thesis will firstly introduce the important terms of muscular imbalance and mobile stereotypes. It will then continue with discussion of the hypermobility problems, basketball physiology and specification of individual age groups from the ontogenesis perspective. In the second section burdened muscle groups and most frequent basketball injuries will be stated. Practical section of the thesis will discuss the methodology of individual testing. It includes the discussion of interventional motoric program and continues with the methodology of obtaining data and graphically processed results from input and output testing. Conclusion of the practical section will closely examine and compare the results of the input and output testing of individual basketball players groups. The bachelor thesis will conclude with quality verification of chosen exercises and selected compensative movements. Lastly the data of selected groups of individuals will be compared and modification of the piloting program will be stated.
