Diplomová práce pojednává o systému varování a informování ve Zlínském kraji a o znalostech obyvatelstva varovných signálů. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a legislativní rámec a je zde charakterizováno varování, vyrozumění a tísňové informování. The thesis deals with the system of warning and informing in the Zlin region and the knowledge of the population of warning signals. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and legislative framework and is characterized by warning, notification and distress information.
