EU Energy Policy in Relation to Representative Member States

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na vybraných legislativních aktech dokazuje, jakým způsobem se odráží energetické priority vybraných členských států EU (Francie, Německo, Velká Británie a uskupení států V4) v jednotlivých dimenzích energetické politiky EU. První část práce vyjasňuje pozice EU a vybraných členských států v rámci jednotlivých dimenzí. Druhá část práce popisuje legislativní proces vybraných aktů s důrazem na vstupy vybraných aktérů. Na závěr jsou poznatky získané v předchozí části srovnány s výchozími zájmy vybraných členských států. Tímto způsobem je rovněž zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis demonstrates on representative legislative acts how representative EU member states (France, Germany, Great Britain and a group of V4 states) reflect their energy priorities within particular dimensions of EU energy policy. The first part of the thesis clarifies the EU and the member states attitudes within particular dimensions. The second part of the thesis describes the legislative process of representative acts with the emphasis to actions of representative players. Lastly, findings gained in the previous part are compared with initial interests of representative member states. Using this method, the principal reasearch question is answered as well.
