Abstract:

V rámci své diplomové práce na téma Gender aspekt ve výchově dětí v rodině, jsem se zaměřila na genderovou analýzu rodinné struktury a zejména na způsob rodinné výchovy, s cílem odhalit mechanismy výchovných fixací rozdílných socializačních vzorců pro dívky a chlapce a jejich důsledky pro utváření jejich genderové identity a osvojení specifického rolového chování. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení základních pojmů - tzn. pojmu gender, jakožto sociální kategorie, pojetí maskulinity a feminity v naší kultuře a zejména teoretické reflexi genderové problematiky z pohledu strukturálního funkcionalismu a feministické sociologie, přičemž důraz kladu zejména na sociálně konstruktivistické pojetí, jež vychází z předpokladu, že genderová identita i genderové role se utváří pod vlivem prostředí, a to zejména v průběhu socializace a výchovy jedince v rodině. Na utváření a vývoj genderové identity nahlížím z pohledu čtyř základních teoretických přístupů - tzn. identifikační teorie, teorie sociálního učení, kognitivně-vývojové teorie a komplexní teorie Sandry Bem. Dále se zabývám pojetím genderových rolí v různých kulturách a obdobích a také typickými genderovými stereotypy, tradovanými v naší kultuře. Stěžejní částí práce je genderová analýza rodiny s akcentem na genderovou socializaci a způsob rodinné výchovy, jíž se podrobně věnuji také ve výzkumné části své práce. K odhalení a dokumentování typických genderových konstruktů, které naše společnost utváří a výchova v rodině udržuje (posiluje popř. pozměňuje) a dále reprodukuje, využívám kvalitativní analýzu dat, získaných prostřednictvím semistrukturovaných diskusí s dospívajícími chlapci a dívkami z českých rodin.

Abstract:

Under the terms of my thesis - The gender aspect of the child-rearing, I have concentrated on the gender analysis of family structure and the child-rearing practices particularly. I have tried to expose educational fixations of the different socialization patterns for girls and boys and their implications for formation of their gender identity and acquisition of their specific role behaviour. I have devoted to define the basic conceptions in the theoretical part that means the gender conception as social category, conception of masculinity and feminity in our culture and primarily theoretical reflexion of the gender issue from the sight of the structural functionalism and the feminist sociology, withal I have put the accent on social constructivistic conception, which comes from hypothesis, that gender identity and gender role is shaped by the environmental influence, mainly during the socialization and the family education. I have mentioned four basic theoretical approaches to shaping and development of the gender identity - the identification theory, the theory of social learnig, cognitive-developmental theory and the complex theory by Sandra Bem. Afterwards I have covered with the concept of gender roles in different cultures and periods and typical gender stereotypes, which are handed down in our culture. The main part of my project is gender analysis of family with the accent on gender socialization and the child-rearing practices, which is elaborately described in the research part of my thesis. For revelation and documentation of typical gender constructs, which are created by our culture and kept (fortify possibly modify) and passed on by the family education, I have used qualitative analysis of datas, which were acquired by using of semistructure discussions with adolescent girls and boys from czech families.
