Abstract:
Diplomová práca "Návrh optimalizace řešení organizace IPC (Incident, Problem and Change) managementu po transformaci z distribuované infrastruktury do cloudu" popisuje výzvu riadenia IPC v skutočnej spoločnosti po adoptovaní cloudového riešenia a porovnáva efektivitu zodpovedných tímov. Výsledky a návrhy možných zlepšení, sú zhrnuté na konci práce.Abstract:
Diploma thesis “Proposal of IPC (Incident, Problem and Change) Management Optimization after Transformation from Distributed Infrastructure to Cloud solution” describes the challenge of managing IPC in a real company after adopting cloud solution and compares effectivity of related teams. Results and suggestions on possible improvements are summarized at the end of the thesis.
