Influence of genetic prerequisites on anaerobic activity of muscle action

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem genetických předpokladů na anaerobní aktivitu svalové činnosti. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jestli existuje vztah mezi vybranými polymorfismy (ACE ID, ACTN3 R577X, BDKRB2 +9/-9) a výsledky dosaženými v použitých motorických testech (skok daleký z místa odrazem snožmo, rychlostní člunkový běh 4x10 m, agility test) u skupiny studentů z KTVS UJEP. Hlavní část je zaměřena nejprve na měření jednotlivých studentů a odebrání genetického materiálu, poté statistickému zpracování a následnému vyhodnocení dat. Ani v jednom případě nedošlo ke statisticky významnému rozdílu (např. skok daleký z místa odrazem snožmo p = 0,42; p = 0,51; p = 0,68). Genetika se stále vyvíjí. Existuje možnost, že díky využití genetického vyšetření se budou moci optimalizovat podmínky k realizaci tréninku či regenerace, ve kterém se bude brát ohled na fyzickou aktivitu, sportovní výkon, ale i na samotné zdraví jedince.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the influence of genetic assumptions on the anaerobic activity of muscle activity. The main aim is to determine whether there is a relationship between selected polymorphisms (ACE ID, ACTN3 R577X, BDKRB2 + 9 / -9) and the results obtained in the used motor tests (long jump from the spot by bounce, speed shuttle running 4x10 m, agility test) groups of students from the department of physical education UJEP. The main part is focused first on the measurement of individual students and the collection of genetic material, then on statistical processing and subsequent evaluation of data. There was not a statistically significant difference in any of the cases (eg. a long jump from the spot by bounce p = 0.42; p = 0.51; p = 0.68). Genetics is still evolving. There is a possibility that thanks to the use of genetic testing, it will be possible to optimize the conditions for the implementation of training or regeneration, which will take into account physical activity, sports performance, but also the very health of the individual.
