Abstract:

Genius loci a priority rozvoje šumperského okresu je diplomová práce odhalující specifické prvky ducha místa šumperské krajiny, rozvojové priority a projekty, které svojí realizací posílí ekonomické, sociální a kulturní pozici okresu. Práce je završena výsledky zkoumání, které objevují, zda jsou jednotlivé elementy genia loci okresu součástí strategických plánů a rozvojových priorit. Cílem práce je dešifrovat genius loci okresu Šumperk utvářející jeho nezaměnitelný ráz, vymezit hlavní rozvojové priority a zjistit, zda jsou alespoň některé prvky genia loci součástí těchto priorit. Diplomová práce je rozdělena celkem do tří kapitol, z nichž každá se snaží odpovědět na předem stanovené otázky. První je věnována objevováním genia loci okresu pomocí metody analýzy odborné literatury a publikací zabývajících se duchem místa Šumperska. Druhá část analyzuje strategické plány rozvoje šumperských mikroregionů, obcí s rozšířenou působností Šumperk, Zábřeh, Mohelnice a rozvojové dokumenty Olomouckého kraje. Obě kapitoly byly obohaceny poznatky z terénního šetření, návštěvou vybraných obcí a konzultací s jejich zastupiteli. Poslední část práce analyzuje dvě předchozí kapitoly. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit zda je genius loci součástí navržených rozvojových priorit a zda je vliv tohoto fenoménu tak velký, že by v budoucnu mohl ovlivnit pozitivní rozvoj šumperského okresu. Celá práce by měla odhalit zajímavost tohoto, v současné době, nedoceněného regionu a navrhnout možná východiska pro budoucí harmonický rozvoj.

Abstract:

This thesis discloses a specific elements of a genius loci of Šumperk region, priorities of development and projects that its implementation will enhance the economic, social and cultural position of the district. The main aim is decoded the genius loci shaping its unique character, defines the main priorities of development and discovers at least some element of genius loci included in the strategic plans and their priorities. Thesis is classified into free chapters, at least some elements of genius loci included in. The first focused on dislosing of genius loci using the method of analyse of scientific literature and the publications about genius loci of Šumperk district. The second part analyses the strategic development plans of Šumperk microregions, municipalities Šumperk, Zábřeh, Mohelnice and the developing documents of the Olomouc region. This chapters have been variegated by the findings from the field survey, visiting of villages of Šumperk district and from consultations with their representatives. The last chapter analyses the previous chapters. The main aim of the last chapter is determine whether it is part of the genius loci of the proposed priorities of development and whether the impact of this phenomenon so large that could affect the positive development in this district in the future. The whole thesis would be discovered the interest of this region and propound any some possible way for the futuring harmonious development.
