Business Model for the Establishment of a Wedding Agency

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou business modelu svatební agentury v Brně. Cílem této práce je vytvořit atraktivní model, který se opírá o trendy současné doby a uspokojuje potřeby náročných zákazníků. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zpracována na základě rešerše odborné literatury, která se zabývá problematikou podnikání, analýzami tržního prostředí a také tvorbou business modelů. V praktické části je provedena analýza tržního prostředí, ve kterém se bude svatební agentura nacházet. Následně je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a poté je za pomocí nástroje business modelu Lean Canvas vytvořen finální model svatební agentury. V závěru práce je ekonomické zhodnocení daného business modelu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concerns a business model of a wedding agency in Brno. It aims to design a model of an attractive entreprise which current trends and satisfies customer needs. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is based on a literature research which is dealing with the issue of entrepreneurship, market environment analysis and also business model design proces. The practical part contains an analysis of the market environment in which the wedding agency will be located. Subsequently a questionnaire survey is conducted. Furthermore, the final business model of the wedding agency is created using the Lean Cnavas model. In conclusion the work provides an economic evaluation of the business model.
