Abstract:
Užíváním β-laktamových antibiotik, zvláště cefalosporinů 3. a 4. generace, dochází k selekci ESBL producentů mezi zástupci čeledi Enterobacteriaceae. Předpokládá se, že tyto ESBL pozitivní enterobakterie jsou potenciální etologická agens nozokomiálních infekcí. Abstract:
Medication of both humans and animals with beta-lactam antibiotics, particularly 3rd and 4th generation cephalosporins, underlies selection of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Enterobacteriaceae which belong to common causative agents of nosocomial infections.
