Conflicts of competency

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kompetenčních sporů, a to zejména s důrazem na ucelené pochopení daného tématu. Po úvodním vymezení pojmu kompetenční spor následuje výčet jeho druhů a subjektů, které mohou být stranou sporu. Diplomová práce se zejména zabývá orgány, příslušnými k rozhodování kompetenčních sporů, a samotnými řízeními. Autorka ukáže na statistice počtu sporů schopnost rozpoznat příslušnou pravomoc státních orgánů. V závěru provede exkurz do zahraničních kompetenčních sporů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problematics of conflicts of competency and especially with the emphasis on a comprehensive understanding of the topic. After the initial definition of the conflict of competency follows an enumeration of its species and the subjects, which may be a party to the conflict. The thesis in particular deals with the authorities responsible for deciding conflicts, and by the procedures. The author shows the statistics of the number of disputes the ability to recognize the jurisdiction of state authorities. In conclusion, performs the excursion into foreign conflicts of competency.
