Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření multidisciplinárního týmu v paliativní péči. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části vymezuji na základě poznatků z odborné literatury pojmy paliativní a hospicová péče, jejich vývoj a legislativní vymezení, dále také multidisciplinární tým. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome of a multidisciplinary team in palliative care. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, based on the knowledge from the literature, I define the concepts of palliative and hospice care, their development and legislative definition, as well as a multidisciplinary team.
