Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou alpských disciplín z hlediska fyziologické náročnosti a pohybových dovedností. Vznikem a vývojem alpského lyžování. Hlavní rozebíranou disciplínou je obří slalom, kde se věnuji posledním změnám v pravidlech dle FIS. Dále přidávám soubor kompenzačních cvičení uvolňovacích, protahovacích a posilovacích. Bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of apline disciplines in terms of physiological performance and movement skills. Emergence and development of alpine skiing. The main focus is on giant slalom, where i devote the last changes in rules according to FIS. Then I add compensatory exercises.
