Fyzikální modelování průběhu odplynění taveniny hliníkových slitin na jednotce FDU pro vysokotlaké lití

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzikální modelování průběhu odplynění taveniny na jednotce FDU pro vysokotlaké lití. Pro účel této práce byl sestaven vlastní fyzikální model v prostorách VŠTE. Získané výsledky z laboratorních experimentů byly vyhodnoceny na základě 2 způsobů. Jednou z možností vyhodnocení bylo, kdy jsme zaznamenávali koncentraci kyslíku v ppm po 180 sekundách. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the physical modeling of the melt degassing process on the FDU unit for high pressure casting. For the purpose of this work, the own physical model was built in the premises of VŠTE. The results obtained from laboratory experiments were evaluated on the basis of 2 methods.
