Bakalářská práce se zabývá pádem investiční banky Lehman Brothers a rozborem možných příčin, které k pádu přispěly. V úvodní části je vysvětleno investiční bankovnictví, sekuritizace, která sehrála významnou roli nejen v krachu banky, ale i v celé finanční krizi, a dále je zde zmíněna regulace a její souvislost s krizí a s Lehman Brothers. The bachelor's thesis deals with the collapse of Lehman Brothers and the analysis of possible factors that contributed to the collapse.
