Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny všechny pojmy, právní úpravy a souvislosti, které se vztahují k leasingu a spotřebitelskému úvěru. This thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described and explained all terms, legal regulations and context related to leasing and consumer loan. In the practical part the analysis using model examples of consumer credits and leases of selected Czech financial companies is performed.
