Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat metodu segmentace, která by nebyla založená na apriorních znalostech o charakteru sekvencí a vycházela by z poznatků počítačové lingvistiky. Při řešení bylo využito analogie proteinových sekvencí s přirozeným jazykem. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of segmentation of protein sequences. With the use of methods from the computational linquistics, the new algorithm was developed. It is capable of segmenting both natural language sequences and protein sequences.
