Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of leadership and culture. In the theoretical part the theory of leadership and culture is being introduced. Czech and American culture are described. The practical part contains an interview with Frank Zauflik, Director in Centre for Leadership Excellence.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem leadershipu a kultury. V teoretické části je představena teorie leadershipu a kultury. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovor s Frankem Zauflikem, ředitelem Centre for Leadership Excellence.
