The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of basic human rights in negotiations with current candidate states for joining the EU. Témou bakalárskej práce je problematika základných ľudských práv v rámci vyjednávaní so súčasnými kandidátskymi štátmi o vstupe do EÚ. Práca sa snaží zodpovedať otázku, na ktoré konkrétne témy sa v rámci vyjednávaní sústredila Európska komisia v rozpätí rokov 2010-2014, ako sa tieto preferencie menili v priebehu času a či je prítomná diferenciácia medzi vyjednávaniami s rôznymi krajinami.
