Zákaz diskriminace v současné úpravě pracovního práva a v úpravě nové

The prohibition of the discrimination in present labour regulation and in the new labour regulation
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala diskriminaci v pracovněprávních vztazích. Po obecném úvodu a rozdělení se blíže věnuji několika skupinám diskriminovaných osob. Větší pozornost jsem věnovala ženám a mužům a srovnání jejich pracovních podmínek. Diskriminace není novým jevem. Nové je její pojetí v českém právním řádu.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor work is to present a problem of diskrimination in labour relations law. After the general introduction and division, I deal with several groups of diskriminated people. I pay more attention to women and men and comparison of their labour conditions while working. Discrimination is not a new phenomenon, but its concept in the Czech legal system is new.
