Corporate Social Responsibility and its Influence on the Corporate Image of FirstFarms A/S

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is dealing with a Corporate Social Responsibility and its influence on a company?s image. It focuses on characteristics and an analysis of FirstFarms CSR activities. The first, theoretical part contains a research of the relevant expert literature and the definition of basic terms. Second part consists of three analyses, an analysis of the company?s CSR activities, an analysis of the company?s image and its perception by employees, and a comparative analysis of different CSR models. An attention is also paid to the communication of those activities. Last part concentrates on the proposal of adjustments of the current CSR and communication strategy.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá společenskou zodpovědností firmy a jejím vlivem na image firmy. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiky a analýzu CSR aktivit společnosti FirstFarms. V první, teoretické části práce, je zpracována relevantní odborná literatura a jsou vymezeny základní pojmy. Následně, ve druhé části jsou provedeny 3 analýzy, a to analýza CSR aktivit společnosti, analýza image společnosti vnímané zaměstnanci a analýza CSR modelů jiných společností. Pozornost je také věnována komunikaci těchto aktivit. V poslední části práce jsou navrhnuty změny současné CSR a komunikační strategie
