Design of test cases for the mobile application HoppyGo

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout testovací případy pro mobilní aplikaci HoppyGo, a to s využitím metod návrhu testů založených na specifikaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí, a to „požadavky a testovací analýza“, „testování mobilních aplikací“ a „návrh testovacích případů pro aplikaci HoppyGo“. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá požadavky, testovacími případy, základy návrhu testovacích případů a metodami, jež se pro návrh testovacích případů používají. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována problematice mobilního testování, s důrazem na specifika, která s sebou oproti testování desktopových aplikací přináší. Třetí část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na návrh testovacích případů, jež jsou určeny pro otestování vybraných funkčních požadavků mobilní aplikace HoppyGo, a to s využitím metod návrhu testů založených na specifikaci. Závěr této části je věnován návrhu testovacích případů, které jsou specifické pro mobilní aplikace.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a creation of test cases for the mobile application HoppyGo using test method of specification. Thesis is divided into three main partitions- “requirements and test analysis”, followed by the “test of mobile applications” and concluded by “proposal of test cases for HappyGo application”. First part of the bachelor thesis deals with requirements, test cases, basics of design of test cases and methods, which are used for the designing of the test cases. Second part is then dedicated to the problems associated with mobile testing. The emphasis is put on specific requirements that are associated with testing of mobile applications. Third part is focused on design and creation of test cases based on specification, which are used for testing the selected features and technical requirements of the mobile application HappyGo. At the end, test cases, which are specific for mobile applications, are designed and created.
