Charakterizovat základní principy karate a podobných bojových sportů (dále BS). Specifikovat hlavní techniku BS, charakterizovat ji, včetně způsobu jejího provedení a využití. Na základě potřeb profesní obrany vybrat vhodnou techniku z hlediska účinného a profesně vhodného použití. Posoudit relativní snadnost zvládnutí vybrané techniky tohoto BS.
