Tématem bakalářské práce je nájem a pacht pozemku v novém občanském zákoníku. Obsáhlá novelizace občanského zákoníku, která přichází po více než 60 letech s sebou přináší staronový institut pachtu, který je specifický pro nájemní vztah k zemědělské nemovitosti. The Theme of bachelor thesis is land lease and tenure in the new Civil Code. The extensive amendment of the Civil Code, which comes after more than 60 years, brings old-new Institute of tenure, which is specific for the tenancy to agricultural property.
