Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Podnikatelský plán malého a středního podniku v oblasti e-businessu“ je na základě vybraného podnikatelského záměru provést potřebné komplexní analýzy a vytvořit podnikatelský plán. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z problematiky tvorby podnikatelských plánů. Tyto poznatky jsou poté aplikovány v praktické části, která představuje vytvořený podnikatelský plán pro službu kávového předplatného. V souladu s teoretickou částí tak praktická část obsahuje představení podnikatelského záměru, analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a informace o klíčových podnikových oblastech, jako je organizace, obchod, marketing nebo finance. Závěrem jsou vyhodnoceny v úvodu stanovené hypotézy, na jejichž základě je rozhodnuto o životaschopnosti navrženého podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The aim of diploma thesis “Business plan of a company in the e-business field” is to create a business plan on the basis of conducted complex analyses. The thesis is divided in two parts- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is a summary of theoretical findings from field of business plan creation. These findings are subsequently applied in practical part, which is represented by business plan for coffee subscription service. In agreement with theoretical part, the business plan includes presentation of business idea, external and internal analyses and information regarding key business areas, such as organization, business strategy, marketing or finance. In the conclusion of the thesis the research question are evaluated and the viability of the business idea is assessed.
