Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením povrchových znaků na zralých a nezralých neutrofilech po stimulaci opsonizovanou E. Coli a změnami intenzity fluorescence dihydrorhodaminu 123 (DHR) po oxidačním vzplanutí. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the measurement of surface marker expressions of mature and immature neutrophils after stimulation with opsonized E. Coli and with changes in the fluorescence intensity of dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR) after oxidative burst.
