Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá činností orgánů státní správy vyplývající ze stavebního zákona. Úvodní část se věnuje vývoji českého stavebního práva od roku 1886 do současnosti a zejména činností ústředních orgánů státní správy a orgánů územní samosprávy vyplývající ze stavebního zákona, a to jak ve věcech územního plánování, tak v oblasti stavebního řádu. Samostatné kapitoly jsou vyhrazeny územnímu rozhodování a povolování staveb včetně jejich užívání.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the activities of state authorities arising from the Building Act. The introductory part deals with the development of the Czech construction law from 1886 to the present, and in particular the activities of the central state administration bodies and bodies of local self-government under the Building Act, both in town and country planning and building regulations in the area. Separate chapters are dedicated zoning decision permitting construction including their use.
