Abstract:
Cílem projektu je srovnat průběh meiózy u samců příbuzných druhů čeledi Bovidae při znalosti odlišností jejich karyotypu. Hlavní metody jsou molekulární cytogenetika, imunofluorescence, FISH.
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is comparative study of male meiosis in members of family Bovidae. The molecular cytogenetics and immunofluorescence are the main methods.
