Základním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou monoklonální protilátky a jejich využití v lékařské a kriminalistické diagnostice. The basic theme of this bachelor´s thesis is monoclonal antibodies and their use in medical and forensic diagnostics. At the beginning I deal with antibodies, their structure and function in the immune system. Furthermore, the thesis deals with monoclonal antibodies, their discovery, possibilities of preparation, and their use in diagnosis.
