Cílem této bakalářské práce je stručná charakteristika a vzájemné porovnání hlavních principů regulace a dohledu v oblastech bankovního, pojistného a kapitálového trhu v České republice. První kapitola je věnována charakteristice České národní banky jako instituce vykonávající dozor nad finančním trhem. Kapitoly č. 2 až 4 jsou členěny dle výše zmíněných sektorů finančního trhu.
