Abstract:
Práce se stručně věnuje vývoji ochrany spotřebitele, a to v rámci práva Evropské unie i vnitrostátní právní úpravy, neboť vývoj obou odvětví je spolu provázán. v poslední části práce je nastíněn způsob nové úpravy ochrany spotřebitele v návaznosti na snahu odstranit nedostatky v evropské i vnitrostátní úpravě.
Abstract:
The study deals briefly with the evolution of consumer law within the EU or the former European community and the Czech Republic. Thus it is evident that the law development in both regions is strongly linked.The last part of this thesis shortly explains a new concept of consumer protection in order to eliminate the above mentioned problems at the European and national levels.
