Abstract:
Cílem práce je nastínit platnou legislativu pro audit ve veřejné správě v ČR a porovnat s praxí finančního auditu vybraného města. První část mé práce je zaměřena obecně, obsahuje vymezení pojmu a nastiňuje minulou a současnou právní úpravu přezkoumávání hospodaření. The objective of this work is to outline valid legislation for public administration audit in the Czech Republic and compare it with routine of financial audit in selected town.
