Comicality in Petr Šabach´s work

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komikou v díle Petra Šabacha. Klade si za cíl vyhledat a charakterizovat podoby a eventuální proměny komiky v jeho knihách. Teoretická část nabízí stručný nástin autorovy poetiky a také shrnuje nejčastěji se objevující názory literárních kritiků. Dále definuje pojem komika, popisuje její podoby či členění na komiku tematickou a jazykovou. Praktická část přináší analýzu a interpretaci vybraných knih autora, přičemž je hlavní pozornost věnována projevům komiky.

Abstract:

The thesis concerns the comicality in the work of Petr Šabach. The goal is to track and identify the forms of the comicality and changes of the comicality within his work. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces a brief outline of the author's poetics and also summarizes the most commonly appearing opinions by the literary critics. Furthermore the thesis defines the term comicality, describes all of its shapes and structures the comicality for thematic and linguistic. The practical part brings the analysis and the interpretation of the selected author's books and the main attention is paid to showing the comicality.
