Molecular genetic characterization of Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the newly discovered subtype of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, Philadelphia-like, or Ph-like ALL. It discusses its general characteristics, such as prevalence across the age spectrum and ethnicities, as well as its prognosis. It deals with distinct subgroups of Ph-like ALL in detail. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá novoobjaveným subtypom akútnej lymfoblastickej leukémie, Philadelphia-like alebo Ph-like ALL. Popisuje jej všeobecné charakteristiky, ako je výskyt vo vekových kategóriách či etnikách a celková prognóza. Podrobne sa zoaberá jednotlivými podskupinami Ph-like ALL.
