Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním leasingového a úvěrového financování. V teoretické části vysvětluje podstatu leasingu, jednotlivé druhy, možnost použití, právní úpravu, výhody a nevýhody. Dále se zabývá podstatou bankovního úvěru, jednotlivými druhy investičních úvěrů a jejich specifiky, výhodami a nevýhodami.
