Harmonization of rights of rent-delinquent and interests of communities

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je Harmonizace práv neplatičů nájemného a zájmů obce. Cílem je odpovědět na otázku, jaká intervence by mohla být zdrojem řešení kolize mezi právy neplatičů a zájmy obce. V rámci teoretické části práce vymezuje pojmy práva neplatičů, zájmy obce, intervence a diskriminace v oblasti bydlení, v závěru této části hledá možné kolize mezi právy neplatičů nájemného a zájmů obce. V metodologické části je vysvětleno použití kvalifikovaného výzkumu se zvolením formy rozhovoru podle návodu. Kapitoly věnované empirickým zjištěním se věnují analýze a interpretaci výsledků výzkumu, zodpovězeny jsou dílčí výzkumné otázky, z jejich závěru je vyvozena odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Rozsah základního textu je 13700 slov.

Abstract:

The name of the topic of diploma thesis is the Harmonization of rights of rent-delinquent and interests of communities. The main aim of thesis is find the answer on the question what intervention can be the source for the solution of conflicts between right of rent-delinquent community and the interests of town. In the theoretical part of thesis are mentioned rights of rent-delinquent community, interests of town, intervention and discrimination on the field of housing and at the end of this part is written something about conflicts between rights of both groups. In the part of methodology is explained how to use qualified research on the base of interview with the instructions. The chapters about empirical findings are about results of research, answers of sub-questions and at the conclusion is the answer on the main research question.
