Abstract:
Zmiňujeme-li praní špinavých peněz máme na mysli proces, ve kterém se finanční prostředky nabyté nelegální činností snaží propírači přeměnit na peníze čisté, tedy legální. Zároveň se snaží oddělit tyto prostředky od zdroje a uchovat si tak trestní bezúhonnost. Jelikož jde v tomto procesu o peníze získané právě z nelegální činnosti, je i samotné propírání peněz bráno jako trestný čin. V úvodu této práce …more
Abstract:
The term money laundering represents the process, in which "washers" try to convert the illegal financial resources into the clean money, therefore the legal ones. Simultaneously, they push for separating these resources from the main source to preserve their criminal integrity.
