Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Právní úprava mezinárodního obchodu s ohroženými druhy. Prvně popisuje nástroje právní regulace, následně orgány tyto nástroje aplikující, a to jak na úrovni mezinárodní, tak i na úrovni Evropské unie a na úrovni národní, tedy v České republice. This thesis is focused on the Legal Regulation of International Trade in Endangered Species.
