Tato diplomová práce se zabývá smrtí člověka a jejími důsledky v soukromém právu. Důraz je zpočátku kladen na právní a nikoli lékařské otázky se smrtí související, zejména na problematiku právní osobnosti člověka, důkazů smrti a domněnek smrti. The thesis deals with human death and its consequences from the view of private law. The emphasis is placed on legal not medical issues related to the death. Especially on the issues of legal personality, death evidence and death assumption. The main part is devoted to the rights and obligations which pass or come to an end with human death.
