ANOTACE Práce je zaměřena na analýzu genu pro eosinofilní peroxidázu (EPO), kationický protein uvolňovaný ze specifických granul aktivovaných eosinofilů. Eosinofilní granulocyty hrají centrální úlohu při obraně organizmu proti parazitům, účastní se ale také efektorové složky alergického zánětu. ANNOTATION This work is based on the study of analysing the eosinophil peroxidase (EPO) gene, which is a cationic protein released from specific granules of activated eosinophils. Eosinophil granulocytes play a central role in protection of organisms against parasites. They are regarded also as key effector cells in allergic inflammation.
