Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce Optimalizace podnikové organizační struktury je analýza změny organizační struktury vybrané společnosti s ohledem na změnu strategie. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky z oblasti organizování se zaměřením na strategie podniku. Navazuje část praktická, kde analyzuji změnu organizační strukturu a porovnávám strukturu s teoretickým konceptem strategie.

The subject of the bachelor’s work The Optimization of company organizational structure is the analysis of restructuralization of chosen company with respect of changing company strategy.
