Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na vyšetření chování nýtového spoje využívajícího kompozitové komponenty a trhací nýt. V práci je popsán návrh a implementace vlastního materiálového modelu do komerčního softwaru Abaqus. Nejdůležitějšími znaky tohoto modelu jsou simulace nelineárního chování kompozitů ve smyku, uvažování statistiky vstupních dat, využívání Puckova kritéria s korekcemi i bez, zjednodušený model simulace delaminace a simulace postupného porušování. Vstupní statistická data pro materiálový model byla získána pomocí identifikace materiálových vlastností z vyrobených kompozitových desek a validována pomocí výpočtových modelů. Při volbě experimentů pro identifikaci materiálových vlastností bylo postupováno dle požadavků pro kvalifikaci materiálu pro letecký průmysl. Validovaná data byla využita pro výpočtové modely simulující chování a porušování jednostřižného spoje kompozitních komponent spojených jedním i více trhacími nýty. Pro každý typ spoje jsou prezentovány dva typy výpočtového modelu. První se zaměřuje na detailní simulaci všech částí spoje a jejich chování v průběhu zatěžování. Druhý zjednodušený výpočtový model je zaměřen na maximální zjednodušení při zachování reálné simulace chování spoje za účelem využití ve velkých a komplexních simulacích s velkým počtem zmíněných spojů. Mimo jiné je v práci prezentováno i vyšetření významných faktorů ovlivňujících chování zmíněného spoje mezi něž patří součinitel smykového tření mezi jednotlivými částmi spoje, předpětí nýtu a vliv tolerance mezi dírou a nýtem na tuhost a únosnost spoje.

Abstract:

The work is focused on a behaviour investigation of a riveted joint using composite components and a blind rivet. The work describes a design and an implementation of a material model into the commercially used software Abaqus. The most important model characteristics are the simulation of the non-linear shear composite behaviour, using of the input data statistics, using of the 3D Puck failure criterion with or without corrections, the simplified approach for the delamination simulation, and the progressive failure simulation. Statistically based input data were obtained by a material identification of manufactured composite plates. Furthermore, the data were validated by numerical simulations. The experiment selection used for the material identification was based on requirements for the aerospace material qualification. The validated data were used for the computational models simulating the behaviour and the failure of the single-lap joint of composite components joined by one or more blind rivets. Two types of the computational models were presented for each type of the joint. One computational model is focused on the detail simulation of all joint parts and their interaction during the loading cycle. Another simplified computational model is focused on the reduction of needed computational power with simultaneous preservation of the real joint behaviour. The intention is using of this model in complex computational models with extensive number of aforementioned joints. Furthermore, determination of crucial factors influencing the joint behaviour is presented. The most important were identified as the friction coefficient of the composite components, the blind rivet clamping force, and the clearance effect.
