Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o poruchách skusu u člověka, jejich výskytu a jejich léčbě. V teoretické části je popsána anatomická stavba žvýkacího ústrojí s důrazem na zuby, chrup a jeho vývoj, je definován pojem skus a dále jsou popsány jeho poruchy. V praktické části jsou zkoumány modely chrupu pomocí několika metodik, zařazena byla i případová studie zabývající se zanedbanou léčbou poruchy skusu. Z výsledků práce vyplývá rozšíření jednotlivých anomálií, jejich vzájemné vztahy a rozšíření Angleho tříd. Dále můžeme z výsledku konstatovat, že léčbu ortodontických anomálií v dnešní době je možno považovat za úspěšnou.

Abstract:

This thesis is oriented on malocclusions of teeth in humans, their occurence and options of their therapy are discussed. The theoretical part is a compound of anatomical description of masticatory system focused especially on teeth and its development, the term occlusion (and its anomalies) is also defined. Plaster models are studied in the practical part by using several different methods, the last section of the practical part consists of a case study describing a neglected therapy of maloclusion. The most important results of this thesis show the occurence of malocclusion, their relations and categorization in Angle classes. We can state from the results that the therapy of malocclusions is succesful in recent time.
