Práce je zaměřena na zneužívání identifikačních znaků policie, respektive ochranu před tímto zneužíváním. Nejprve je definována policie, jako celek a dále jsou vymezeny vybrané identifikační prvky, zákonné normy vztahující se k jejich ochraně, popřípadě další ustanovení, se kterými se toto téma váže. This bachelor’s work is focused on abuse of the identification marks of Police and on the protection from this. At first the Police as the organisation is defined, second some identification marks of the Police is described, their statutory protection.
