Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá způsoby monitoringu zaměstnanců ze strany zaměstnavatele a tím pádem také případné porušování právních předpisů ze strany zaměstnavatele v této problematice. Cílem dotazníkového šetření bylo získat výsledky, na základě kterých jsou následně zhodnoceny výzkumné cíle stanovené autorkou. Na základě výsledků autorka uvádí, že zaměstnanci jsou buď nedostatečně informováni, nebo se nezajímají dostatečně o danou problematiku. Zaměstnavatelé v dotazovaných podnicích nemají příliš často zaveden kamerový systém, ale na druhé straně zaměstnanci často nevědí, nebo se nezajímají, jak je nakládáno se záznamy pořízenými kamerovým systémem. Většina zaměstnavatelů také neumožňuje zaměstnancům přístup na internet v pracovní době. Zaměstnanci pouze velmi zřídka zaznamenali cizí vstup do služební e-mailové schránky a v mnoha případech je jim umožňováno používat služební telefon pro soukromé účely. Dochází k závěru, že by bylo vhodné zlepšit informovanost zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatelů v této oblasti, což by mohlo zvýšit zájem zaměstnanců řešit spory se zaměstnavatelem. Dále navrhuje, že by bylo vhodné vydat taková opatření, kde by byla jasně stanovena pravidla pro oprávněné sledování zaměstnanců a také například pro užívání pracovních prostředků k soukromým účelům, například služební telefon.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis examines the ways of monitoring of employees by the employer by means of a questionnaire survey and thus also the possible violation of legal regulations by the employer in this issue. The aim of the questionnaire survey was to obtain results, on the basis of which the research goals set by the author are evaluated. Based on the results, the author states that employees are either insufficiently informed or are not sufficiently interested in the issue. Employers in the companies surveyed do not often have a CCTV system in place, but, on the other hand, employees often do not know or are not interested in how the CCTV records are handled. Also, most employers do not allow employees to access the Internet during business hours. Employees have rarely noticed a foreign entry into a business mailbox, and in many cases are allowed to use the business phone for private purposes. It concludes that it would be appropriate to improve the awareness of employees and employers in this area, which could increase employees' interest in resolving disputes with employers. Furthermore, it suggests that it would be appropriate to issue measures where the rules for legitimate employee monitoring and, for example, the use of work equipment for private purposes, such as a business telephone, are clearly defined. also possible breach of legislation by the employer in this issue.
