Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je porovnat pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců před a během pandemie Covid-19 a zhodnotit, zda, či jakým způsobem ji pandemie ovlivnila. Abstract:
The master thesis deals with an analysis of job satisfaction of employees in a particular company. The goal of the thesis is to compare employees’ job satisfaction prior to and during the Covid-19 pandemic and find out if and how it changed.
