Bakalářská práce „Včelí produkty a lidské zdraví“ se týká vlivu včelích produktů na lidské zdraví. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část krátce popisuje včelí společenství a dále se zabývá vznikem a původem včelích produktů, fyzikálními vlastnostmi a chemickým složením.
